Our kids' lives are stressful too! Yoga can teach children skills and strategies to use in all environments that help improve self-regulation, attention, social skills, mindfulness, self-esteem, and more!

Physical Wellness

Learning and practicing asanas (poses) directly addresses motor planning, strength, coordination, bilateral coordination, flexibility, and balance. ALL children can learn and benefit from yoga. As an OT, Shea is able to adjust poses, exercises, and activities to fit each child in order for them to be successful and progress forward!


BOOST Kids' yoga classes consist of fun and engaging games, activities and music to teach yoga basics to children. The yoga basics include asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and mindfulness. We offer one-on-one and group classes!
